Title: order status / email to customer is sent without status enabled

Hi,

VM sends an email to the customer after the order status has been changed to 'shipped'. But it's NOT configured!
The only status where VM has to send an email is 'confirmed' and 'confirmed by customer'.
How can I avoid this 'shipped - email'?

Any idea?
