My problem is: How short description hidden in the home of virtuemart i within Categories (attached image so you can see where I say exactament)?

But it appears from the image that you are using template overrides. So two ways to hide/remove the short description.
1. Edit the override file - but without knowing which VM version it is not possible to be specific about which file.
2. Hide the description using css - use Firebug to work out the css override needed. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=116620.0
