Some of the products with no discount on this website show the same price twice(one underlined) as you can see it here :

The only category with discount on the website is this one :
http://www.ma-tete-de-lit.com/index.php/ma-deco
I have exactly the same problem in my other website.

What I think is the cause here is you have two prices set under the prices tab.
What this causes is for a history of prices to be displayed as a form of discount.
The way that the prices work is that "Shopper Groups" can be shown different prices. Not Categories.
Resolution, assign the lower price to a shopper group and assign those shoppers that you wish to be in this group to it.
Resolution without shopper groups.
Remove the second price and edit the prices accordingly instead of adding a different price each time.
