I have installed virtuemart 3 on www.bodipure.nl/bodipure.
I have enabled the search engine friendly url. Unfortunately when I click on mijn account of registreren (register) and fill in the form, click on registreren (register) the system goes to user login.
If search engine friendly url is disabled it works fine.
I hope someone has a solution.

but have you a menu to the account maintenance that is for registered users only? I have found that this can break the reg process

The menu-item is public.
The registration works fine if I disable search engine friendly url. It works not when I enable it.

Add a Joomla menu link to VIRTUEMART account, if you use virtuemart registration on checkout.
I reported the bug, but no update for now.
You can have same problem, if you don't add a menu link to cart and using SEF

I have the same problem if I add a menu item joomla link to virtumart account ID. IF I enable SEF in the joomla config and disable in Virtumart config it works also fine.
It worked before, but at some moment without any reason it did not.
