Our Virtuemart websites are setup to print orders in shops as soon as the order is set as confirmed. One of our clients reported to me that a customer had cancelled their order but still recieved the order. I reckon this is because they have confirmed the order, but then cancelled the order through the website somehow.
Is there a way to prevent this? (Maybe a big message warning customers to ring the shop to cancel would be better - printing the cancellation e-mail would just be excess paper)
How did the customer cancel the order?
I'm not sure but I'm guessing its after they confirmed it, since the admin order confirmation e-mail is set to be sent only once the order has either been confirmed in the checkout (cash) or by Paypal.
