Title: VM3 - some customers don't get emails with invoice

Hi,

Some of the customers don't get the email with invoice (controlled only with Pay by Invoice option).
The customers who don't get the invoice have @hotmail.com and @yahoo.com emails (may be some other too, I don't know).
We controlled also that the invoices come to @gmail.com, @mail.ru and some local mail services.

How to fix this?

You need to do more research as to "don't get".. do u mean they being dropped by spam filters at the receivers end?

If so as the sender, there is little you can do about it.. you need to see why hotmail etc is rejecting your mail .. (blacklisted email server?) but it isn't a VM problem if other emails are accepted

Hi, I had this problem before, the problem may be that the order status for payment is not enabled to send emails to shopper>

Is the order state the same for all of them? Check the settings of payment methods here on configuration tab of each payment method>
