We need to products programmatically(custom coding) in VM3, and also product to cart programmatically.

Hi,
You need a programmer. Or all code to do that?
Because i don't know how someone give a response to your question, if you are programmer then check the core files and reuse it with your changes.
Virtuemart is gnu/GPL, then you can do it.

i also think your question needs a bit more information. for example... why do you need to add products to the carts? do you want people to have stuff in their cart he moment they visit your site?
