Installed and testing paypal payment method I found that the frontend shows some errors to client like e.g. in attached example screenshot during our tests but sent a generic message to admin with no error details and reference to a non-existing error log file (we searched server and could not find any referenced error log)

As mentionned, the above file is not existing.
I suggest the error handler to be modified and include the real error message into the mail to admin and/or at least put the complete path to any log file if such one is created...
