Title: Geolocator configuration

Hello,
i have download Geolocator plugin for to make possible that on my VM 3 shop, also NOT registered users from others countries where there is not VAT, can see prices WITHOUT TAX, while other users from countries where there are VAT, can see the price including VAT.
I have install the plugin, but i don't know how can i configure it and make possible this idea.
I have to buy this maybe?: http://extensions.virtuemart.net/shoppers/eu-vat-id-checker-detail

VM VERSION: VirtueMart 3.0.4
JOOMLA VERSION: 3.4.1.

The Geolocator works with the EU VAT checker, so yes, you need that to manage VAT rates in the EU.
