Joomla 3.x (latest release) VM 3.0.9
VM installs ok and i can get it configured but when I install AIO i get error 1149 and it kills the site, the only remedy is to drop all VM tables + delete all files in public_htlm and reupload from backups, the error it is throwing is virtuemart_payment_plg_amazon does not exist, it looks like aio is not updating the db with new tables... this not only kills the site but the admin backend too, tearing my hair out now done fresh installs, restored from backups - nothing works, hosting is standard godaddy linux.

DO you have try to remove the amazon folder from the AIO and install it again?
I think this is bugged, another user have same type of error with amazon plugin.
folder is : com_virtuemart.3.0.9_ext_aio.zip > admin\plugins\vmpayment\amazon\
