Hi all,
we are using sofortüberweisung on a customer site and the payment itself works ok.
Unfortunately the order status of a successfully paid oder doesn't change to confirmed, but always stays as "confirmed by shopper".
That way the shop manager never knows whether the order is really paid or not...
We set the order status in the backend as suggested in the manual.
We already talked to the support team of Sofort and they checked everything and said it is ok.
Any help would be appreciated!
