Title: Tax Field is Blank on Checkout

When checking out no tax information is displayed. I am using VM 3.0.9.4 on Joomla 3. I have enabled the Avalara plugin.

I tried switching to Beez template, and that did not resolve the issue. On the forums I have read that there is a tax rules area that I need to edit, but I've searched high and low for VM 3.0 Tax Rules configuration for an hour and can't find it.

Suggestions?

Have you set the price display to not show tax amount on the product page - this currently affects the cart display
