Hi,
I'm under Joomla 3.4.1 and VM 3.0.2
When I "ask question abount this product" I receive email correctly but if I reply to email (with my email client) I have field "at" empty so I sould thake email addres manually from text body.
How is possible to reply to customer automatically at his email addres?
This work good on Joomla 2.5 with VM 2.6

You should be using at least VM3.0.8  - http://virtuemart.net/news/latest-news/469-security-release-vm3-0-8
Latest version is VM3.0.9.4  - and in this version the "reply to" email is correctly set to that of the shopper for the ask a question email.

Hi Jenkin,


Despite running Joomla 3.4.2 together with virtuemart 3.0.9.4, I had some similar issue, with the "ask question about...."-functionality.
I suppose that the filled in recipients are false or they are inverted, exactly spoken.
Have a look at the screenshot.
The customer adress is filled in the field 'reply to' while the vendor will be adressed with his own reply (see the 'sent to' or in german 'an:'). 
So it doesn't work properly.
Any ideas or hints how to invert back the reply to recipient with the sent to recipient?
