hi,

is there a way to set the type of the unit. like for wine should be displayed € 1,- / bottle, but if you buy scissors there should be displayed € 1,- / item. Or if you buy copy paper it should be like € 1,- / package.

can i achieve that with custom fields or any particular?

product packaging only takes numbers, but i want to put in text, so i can display the packaging type according to the product, as i said...like bottles for wine, bags for spices...i would need that in the details page and the cart...so i can display the price and the according unit type...

as my customer wishes ;)

You could ask for and fund a core change, the team may be willing to do this for you.
