Hi guys, I´m setting up a site and I need to use the two column layout on the product listings, but I really can't find where to set it on or change the values.

Primary (default) setting is Configuration/Templates/Shopfront Settings - Default number of products in a row
This can be overriden for each category, on the Product Category Form - Details/Number of Products per Row

Some Joomla templates will not allow enough room for even two products/row.

You really should not be using those old versions - see http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0
