Does anyone know how could I display Manufacturer Products under Manufacturer Details page (and not on separated page)?

I've been searching the forums for days

I am using Joomla 3.4.5 with VirtueMart 3.0.10

I would like to display Manufacturer Products under Manufacturer Details page

. ... Or to display manufacturers details on manufacturers product page.

Use Custom Filters

I can add module and menu with this plugin.

But how can I achieve the following with it ..::::

display Manufacturer Products under Manufacturer Details page

... Or to display manufacturers details on manufacturers product page.

Can you explain that?

It's a standalone extension.
Forget the manufacturer pages of Virtuemart and use the pages that it produces
