Virtuemart 3.0.8 and Joomla! 3.4.1.
I received the notification of a pending order which was duly processed by Authorize.net but when I went to the back end to confirm the order, it is nowhere to be found.
The last order that is appearing goes back to May 6 with a cancelled order (from a totally different shopper, but wanted to mention it in case it could be relevant)
Can someone help me as to what might cause the order to not be there? and what I should be looking to correct if possible?

I added a transaction to check the system (did not process a payment) and the order has appeared. But the missing order is nowhere to be found.
Is there a way to see if it went in the trash> (if an other administrator mistakingly deleted that entry)?

afaik deleted is deleted - so no....

I checked with the other admin, and there is no way it was deleted. But there might have been a glitch at that time on our servers that may have caused this.
I will leave at the place of mysteries for ever. No harm done.
