Print Page - Error printing order note and invoice [with one solution]

When I try to print an order note or an invoice I get the following error pop up: "TCPDF ERROR: The XObject Template '-1' doesn't exist!"

Are you using the VM supplied TCPDF component?

I came across this when I had a password protected directory that I was running a test install from.
Removing the password protection worked for me.

I am using VM 3.0.8 Joomla 2.5.28 - I am not sure what TCPDF is?
