Hello there,

Perhaps this question has already been answered, but I couldn't find a solution yet...

I want to charge 23% for all customers in Portugal and to all other EU countries. Except, in this last case, if they show a valid VAT ID according to VIES.
All other countries will have a 0% rate.

Any clues about how to configure this?
