I am making a webshop and when i press the 'show basket' i go to the cart, but my menu items change. So if i am on 'category 1' and buy some items and say 'show basket' it changes to 'category 3' for an example. The same things happend with the url which swaps from http://chrsandbox.moranti.net/index.php/dk/kropspleje to http://chrsandbox.moranti.net/index.php/dk/truefitt-hill/cart.
I use joomla 3.4 and the latest version of VM.
Where can i change this from going to menu item? If i disable 'Truefitt and hill' it will just go to another menu item.

Create a hidden menu and a Virtuemart Cart menu item. Or - create a visible one. Its up to you stylistically.
