there is a problem with emails that are sent to vendor and customer - the email labeled Order no...

Shipping name and description is shown.However, in the confirmation email that is sent at the same time it is ok:

I thought it was caused by a long description of the payment, so I shortened it,but it does not work anyway. I also removed the <p></p> tags from the payment description, but still no change.
