VirtueMart 2.6.6
PHP version 5.4.30
SEF is currently OFF

Hello, I have disabled registration in Joomla 2.5, however, how can I disable the Virtuemart registration page from displaying? I noticed it displayed when I clicked on "my account" after the session had ended.

Where is the My Account link? If a menu item then unpublish it.

Thank you for the reply. Also thank you for the information regarding security. I will look into my versions and upgrading more closely.

As for the menu items, no, I do not have a my account link setup anywhere when not logged in.

When logged in, the my account item shows up. This time, however, the session had ended and when I clicked "my account", it went to a page to register with the following path: index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&layout=edit

It's essentially the "account details" page.

Well, I figured it out.

The site is using a plugin for the login functionality. There was an option to "use Joomla account registration" or "use VM account registration". I set it to use Joomla registration as it was previously set to use VM registration and the issue is resolved.
