Hi VM Gurus -

I have set up product pricing for individual products and it works well for specific quantity ranges for that single product. However, I want to apply the same rule on the quantity ranges within the cart regardless of the product.

So for example pricing for Product A is

Quantity: 0-2, Price: $24
Quantity: 3-5, Price: $19
Quantity: 6, 9, Price: $15

And Same rule is for Product B and for multiple other products where prices could be different.

Now, if someone adds three products in the cart where Product A quantity=1 and Product B quantity=2, that makes total 3 products in the cart. So I want the same rule as for Quantity 3-5 applied on the product prices within the cart.

Could someone please guide me on how to achieve this please.

I was finally able to find a work around for this. Have edited the calculationh.php file to implement the cart-wise product price override. Edit the getCheckoutPrices() function.

I think that you can handle that with a calculation plugin.
Check for example that http://extensions.virtuemart.net/products/quantity-related-price-calculation-detail
