Title: Remove cart box from checkout cart

Hey

I have joomla 3.3.6 and virtuemart 3.x. I want to remove the cart box from the onepage checkout. See the screenshot:

Is a basic Joomla querstion. Make a Joomla menu link to Shopping Cart (this can be a hidden link if necessary) and then enable the Cart Module for all menu items except the cart item.
