I want to disable and not show the payment and shipping options all together in the cart.
I still need the customer to go thru the order process and check out and recieve a order completed message.
then i would manually handle it from there.

and the quick way is just use the standard payment and weight shipping with nothing added as prices, countries etc
auto choose ship and payment
hide the ship and payment with css
