If I click the button Permissions I see the panel for setting the permissions for different groups of users by the path

administrator/index.php?option=com_config&view=component&component=com_virtuemart&tmpl=component

but there is no ability to SAVE these changes, no any button for saving. However, this ability is by the path

administrator/index.php?option=com_config&view=component&component=com_virtuemart

i.e. without tmpl=component at the end of url. Please fix it at the next version

I'm using 3.0.8 and this still present.

Yes this bug is present... but not a big issue, just click virtuemart on the left again and you are able to save it.
