Here is the Message after the last Update with Joomla 3.4.0.

The AIO component (com_virtuemart_aio) is used to install or update all the plugins and modules essential to VirtueMart in one go.

Do not uninstall it.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method VirtueMartModelUpdatesMigration::updateJoomlaUpdateServer() in xxxxxxxxx/tmp/install_550363b3714ce/script.vmallinone.php on line 551

a simple search on here for "VirtueMartModelUpdatesMigration" would have given you the answer 4 times over
Update the component first- then the AIO

But its nice when in the Joomla Updater only VM AIO Update is shown, but not the component themself... how can I solve now my non-responding (white blank site) BE to a working state again?

Any help is appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem. I will ask the hosting company to restore to last restore point. Thanks you VM :( The most risky Extension upgrade I know
