You should upgrade to the latest version on a test site and see if this solves your issue

And Joomla 3.0 should be updated to current, 3.4, before updating VirtueMart as the current version requires a minimum of Joomla 3.3. Also there are reported issues with Joomla when using PHP5.6 so probably best to stick with 5.4/5.5 at present.

Can i install only com_virtuemart it self or total package? I just updated by virtuemart to 3.0.6.2 and still having issues. I didn't updated all in one component.

Note : i updated joomla version as well to 3.3 and downgraded php version to 5.3.29

Thanks

you must always upgrade the AIO as a pair to the VM version - they go together

Why down grade your php to 5.3? I would take the highest compatible  (5.5)
