Perhaps this helps: http://docs.virtuemart.net/faqs/110-how-to-set-the-safe-path.html
The vmfiles folder should be outside the public_html folder.

I fix it. I install again Joomla with VirtueMart, and now i have second problem.
When install Germany translate, i can't add category, articles, sey this:
vmError: VmTableData::store failed - Table '5349027db1.myc3v_virtuemart_categories_de_de' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `myc3v_virtuemart_categories_de_de` (`virtuemart_category_id`,`category_name`,`category_description`,`metadesc`,`metakey`,`customtitle`,`slug`) VALUES ('31','Test','
test

I update table in tools, an again this error.
How to fix? I urgently. :(

Looks like the german language database table(s) is/are missing. Are you trying to set up a multilingual site or german language only?
In case you want to configure a multilingual site, see here: http://docs.virtuemart.net/tutorials/multilingual-store/99-multilanguage-setup.html
