Hi, for some reason the coupon codes we're using do not seem to work. When we enter them at checkout we see the discount is calculated into the final price. When we go to complete our checkout we get a message saying we need to talk with the site administrator. We can complete the same order without the coupon code successfully. We're running Joomla 3.3.6 and VM 3.0.6. Help!
the EXACT message?
"There was a problem processing your order, please try again or contact the store administrator."
that is a generic message that comes from Paypal, Realex or Sofort payment plugins
which ever your using switch on its logging and / or debug and see what happens

Can you do a checkout with an admin account. Sometimes VM displays more information when it is an admin logged in.
I played with it some more and was able to run other promo codes just fine. I deleted the promo that was not working and recreated it. It now works. Not sure what caused it not to originally. Next time I'll make sure to delete it and recreate it to double check it. Thanks for your help guys!
