Title: Terms of Service Checkbox - Remove It

VirtueMart version 3.0.2 running on Joomla 3.3.6.

Under Configuration -> Checkout, I specifically removed the check boxes next to "Must agree to Terms of Service on EVERY ORDER" and "Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout".

But yet, the checkbox at the bottom of the checkout page - "Terms of Service" - still shows up.

How can that be completely removed so that customers do not need to check a box when there is not a terms of service document?

Unpublish tos in the Shopper field list.

And you should be using VM3.0.4 by now. http://virtuemart.net/news/latest-news/467-release-of-virtuemart-3-0-4
