Title: Virtuemart e-mail manager extension - layout not saving

My company bought the Virtuemart e-mail manager plugin from Interamind today. I am trying to edit the admin order confirmation e-mail.

Each time I change the layout, it just saves the template e-mail as a block of text and doesn't save the layout. It saves all the details correctly but the layout is not correct. This is vital to be correct as the e-mail is printed for the client on a Star TSP printer.

Any help please?

I've tried pasting in HTML as well but it just ignores all HTML and formats it all into a paragraph. Any idea to overcome this please?

I've tried posting to their forum but it isn't used much I think. I think what is happening is the HTML code isn't being saved.
