Using Virtuemart I find myself having to limit the quantities to be purchased by customers according to the country where customers are making the purchase, or more precisely to the state indicated in the delivery address and I have no ideas about.
In practice these are alcohol, according to current regulations in each state, I must be able to limit the quantities in lt purchased by customers.
Does anyone know tell me if you can make a setup like that or if it needs some plg?

leverage the shipping methods perhaps? - different ones for different countries and a max cart value
if they go over they have no shipping so can't complete..

but I must set up a max quantity in liters, no a max cart value. Every product have different price but for every nation there is a specific limited quantity.
So I must limit for example in France 12 liters in Norway 0 liters in USA 10 liters and so so
you need to code that into the shipping method you use - in the conditions - and of course a litre parameter in the products
