Title: ask a question not open a pop up

Hello,
I have problem with ask a question about this product.When I click on "ask a question" then redirects me to the homepage.Is that template problem or something else?

must be template
link should be

but no versions or url supplied  - so .....

Your using a 3rd party template - the template maker should support his work and answer your questions
we can't possibly know where or what they may have coded
