Title: Disabling TOS and Payment/Shipping not possible

I disabled the TOS, automatic shipping and payment in the checkout/cart, but they are still showing. TOS is only showing text with the box checked.

This is not the proper way to do, is it?
There must be something wrong in the code which cause this.

You should unpublish the tos field in the Shopper Field List if you don't want it to display.

Works for me. See pic J3.0.3 with VM default Beez template.

Not working for me, even after updating to VM 3.0.3
