I am using TinCaptcha for all forms on my eshops because it is so easy to setup and I do not have tu create keys for every domain just like with ReCaptcha, but I would like to know if it is possible to integrate it with Virtuemart. Why does Virtuemart only allow ReCaptcha when you can select any Captcha in Global Configuration?
With TinCaptcha I can install it on testing subdomain and do not have to change anything when I move it to another domain or copy the website...
Is there a way to bypass it or do I have to use ReCaptcha with Virtuemart?
TinCaptcha is a third party captcha plugin, so if you want to use that one rather than the Joomla pre-installed default ReCaptcha then you should edit the template files where you want it to appear to use that plugin code and use the edited files as overrides. I doubt if the devs will include support for TinCaptcha, which AFAIK is not yet available for Joomla3.
Or maybe the developer of the plugin can add VM compatibility?
it works with Joomla 3.3.6. Only the web is not updated, I guess.
reCaptcha is a third party plugin as well, isn't it...but since I have enabled it and added the keys in its settings, it does not work with VM too...so it will be the template issue
I only think it would be better, if VM could incorporate any captcha that is selected in global configuration...:)
