Title: some products not appearing as options in menu manager after upgrade

hi

I have an issue where all the products appear ok in the virtuemart admin - but some categories & products are not appearing as options in the menu manager when setting up menu items.

(when I add to menu directly from the VM admin product page it works fine)

any idea how I can get the menu manager to see ALL the products?

it was hellish - went from Joomla 1.5 vm 1.1.x to joomla 3 Vm 3.02
