Title: Shipping Options for any Country outside USA is not working

I have installed the UPS shipping plugin and am using the Will Call and Use My Account options for shipping.  All options work fine if shipping in the USA.  If I select an address in Canada, the entire shipping section is will not display, sot it is not a plugin issue, as Will Call or Bill My Account should still show up.  Please advise as this site was supposed to be up yesterday.

AFAIK all UPS plugins are commercial extensions - you should direct your query to the seller....

Figured it out, the will call and bill my account required a max weight range  . . . and then my UPS options would not show up cause UPS Standard / Red / Orange do not work outside the US.  Once I set the max weight range on the default ship methods, and then created UPS World Wide options, all was well.
