When Bill To and Ship To addresses are different the shipping cost is calculated using the Bill To address and not the Ship To address.
I have VM 3.0 and Joomla 3.3.6 with php 5.3.29. Is this a configuration error ? How can I fix it?

Please check with VM3.0.2

Version 3.02 fixed the problem.
However, the category view is now screwed up

Are you using template overrides? Cat display is OK for me with 3.0.2 - pic below shows my display in VMBeez (default) template.

I have "Use Joomla Default" selected which is js_wright No problem with VM 3.0

I now have VM 3.0.3 installed and the problem with shipping cost has not been solved.
