How to make the VM 2?

Registration Canadian customer automatic add customer group - Canadian group

Registration USA customer automatic add customer group - the USA group

Actual all add for default group

?

Registration => automatic add country (plugin) customer group (slovakia but russia) => payment from VM

Slovak payment 1
Russia payment 2

I have customer group in VM 2 - slovakia and russia.
