Title: Duplicate Order Emails to Admin and Customer

I'm running Joomla 2.5.27 and VirtueMart 2.6.12.2.  I am also using Offline Credit Card Plugin.

This only happens with Offline Credit Card Plugin.  When I make a purchase, both the shop owner and customer get duplicate emails.  I've re-purchased the Offline Credit Card Plugin and installed the latest version but still happening. 

Any ideas?

I've seen other posts, but they all recommend hacking the core and i don't want to do that.
