Title: Configuration Tab GONE on payment and shipping methods

Virtuemart 2.610

All of a sudden when i as about to add a RULE... when i checked the tab, it is missing.. Gone. I tried creating a new rule but it is not displaying any tabs configuration.
What could be the problem?

This is driving me nuts. The tab is BLANK... Someone please help me..
