Hi folks,
I know this a old one but I having the problem of states not showing the drop down after countries in the ship to form. I created all the states and they are published, have experimented with the jQuery options in the template config with no luck, have jQuery Easy installed and enabled.

Well, I don't know what I've done but it's working! I was working on it about 2 hours ago and it was a no go, just checked it now and it's behaving as it should.
Shame I don't know what it is that changed otherwise I would have posted it here. If anybody wants to know my configuration, just post here.
