Title: Can't remove shoppergroup

Joomla 3.3.6
VM 2.9.9.2
The listed users belonging to the "Default Shopper Group" are in user details view without selected shopper group. This field is showing the text "Available for all".
Selecting a user group and saving the user, the listed user displays the user group name  "COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPERGROUP_DEFAULT".
If, in user detail view a user group is selected, after removing it and saving the user, the user group is still there.

If a user has no shoppergroup, he get either the group default or guest.

Yes I know.
But look at the images.
In the list there is no text.
Removing the selected shoppergroup from the user is not possible.
