For me the issue occurs when:
- we review the products in the certain category using product navigation ( if enabled is on the top of the product page)
- we go to one of the products from generic child variant
So in those two instances the plugins are not loading - we have just the text ( maybe just the css. files are not loading...). Indeed - products are changing very fast but there's something wrong. When you refresh the page is ok, but go to another product and the same situation....
Tested on the live host and localhost and the same effect. E.g. in 2.9.9 I didn't see that problem.

Could anybody confirm or deny of existence of the issue?
During the investigation I managed to determine that VM 2.9.9.2 is the last one where the Joomla plugins work correctly in the description. Maybe that will help to figure out the problem...
