Title: Remove "I agree to the Terms of Service" from "Your account details" page?

Hi there,

I've searched for the answer to this but no luck. All the answers I could find pertained to removing the terms of service entirely, which I don't want. I'm using VirtueMart 2.6.6.

Problem is, "Terms of service" is on the checkout page and works great, want to keep that. But when you click on "Add/Edit Billing Address Information" there's also a terms of service check box? A little redundant, and that terms of service doesn't even have a popup or any "terms" whatsoever? How can I remove it from that page?

Hello!?!?!! Anyone??? It's pretty terrible that there's an empty terms of service on the "Add/Edit Billing Address Information". Lots of legal problems. Please help!!!

You are using an older VM version. In the latest, 2.0.14, you can configure the TOS not to show on  account maintenance or shipping forms.
