I tried to enable "Ask questions about this product" and the system does not send email. I got a blank sceen after submit to send email

Works fine for me on all my VM2.6.12 sites. You have a commercial template there, so as usual, switch to Beez to determine if something in your template is causing this not to work, such as a JavaScript conflict.

I am very new with WM - Who the email send to?(Shopper, Manufacture, of Joomla Admin) Do I need to config in WM?
Email is sent to the vendor using the address set under the shop/Shopper Information tab.
In Configuration/Shopfront to test this you should have "Allow non logged-in to send a recommendation or ask a question" selected and "Use ReCaptcha for recommendation and ask a question" turned off.

So I think that it takes a lot of time, and I am new with WM. I am thinking to disable this feature.
I found another solution.
In Virtuemart -> Configuration -> Templates
Enable: Using the virtuemart jquiry
Now it works for me, for unregistered users
