Name of the product is C'est bon...
It is shown correctly as title in the category browse page, as title in the product details page and in the cart. But in the drop down list of the child variant (also details page) and in BE -> product edit page -> product information tab -> name field the ASCII code is used instead (' -> C'est bon...) after saving.
