I have a Joomla 2.5.27 + VirtueMart 2.6.10 site and I just realized I can order without accept terms. The checkbox is there, no javascript problems, I don't select it but the process is running.
I checked on an another site and same.
What can I do?

Maybe reinstall 2.6.10 over the top again. It might reset correctly.
