If I am on the checkout page of my chart and uncheck "Shipping address is the same as billing address", the fields for the ship to information are too small and not aligned properly. However, if I hit "Refresh" or "Inspect element" the page refresh causes the fields and labels to be formatted correctly. i.e. the same as the Bill to Information. Once the format is correct, it seems to stay that way. I've seen this in firefox and chrome.

How do I fix this. I'm thinking that the solution is either in the template, forcing a page refresh or caching.
